This Privacy Policy applies to HEP NOW (the "App") and the HEP NOW website at www.myhepnow.com, developed by Seaside Data Systems, Inc. (the "Service Provider"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Information We Collect

HEP NOW is designed to minimize data collection. We only collect personal information in the following specific, voluntary circumstances:

• Free Year Interest Form (www.myhepnow.com/android): If you submit your email address to express interest in a free year offer, we store that email address so we can follow up with you.
• Support Form (www.myhepnow.com/Support.html): If you contact us through the in-app or website support form, we collect your name, email address, selected topic, and the message you submit. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
• Anonymous Clinician Forum: The in-app forum uses auto-generated anonymous display names. No real names or contact details are collected for forum participation.

What We Do NOT Collect

Outside of the voluntary forms listed above, HEP NOW does NOT:

• Require you to create an account or provide a user ID
• Track your device location
• Monitor your exercise selections or activity within the App
• Collect analytics about how you use the App
• Share your information with third parties for marketing purposes

What Stays On Your Device

Exercise plans and saved preferences are stored only on your device. This data is never sent to our servers or shared with anyone.

HIPAA Notice

HEP NOW is a tool for clinicians. Please do not include any patient-identifying information (patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, or any other Protected Health Information) in support messages or forum posts. Seaside Data Systems, Inc. is not a HIPAA-covered entity and cannot guarantee HIPAA-compliant handling of PHI submitted through these channels.

Data Retention and Deletion

Support messages are retained for 12 months so we can reference prior conversations if you contact us again. Information submitted through our interest form is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was submitted. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at support@myhepnow.com. We will honor deletion requests within 30 days.

Subscription Information

HEP NOW offers optional in-app subscriptions managed through RevenueCat. When you subscribe:

• Your subscription information is handled by RevenueCat
• Payment is processed through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
• We do not access or store your payment information

Third-Party Services

HEP NOW uses the following third-party services:

HEP NOW is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
